Andrew Coulton

Andrew has a diverse background in business/technology consulting and building his own companies in the beverage and natural foods industries. Andrew has a deep knowledge of deal structure, contracts, client management, project management, marketing and sales. Andrew's experience covers multi-family, office, land, residential and development deals. He works with smaller investment companies up to large, established developers. He also enjoys representing office and retail tenants. As the Vice President of Westgate, one of his jobs is researching, developing and implementing technology tools to make our brokers more productive. Andrew serves on the board of the Bellevue Harpeth Chamber of Commerce along and its Zoning & Economic Development Committee.

Bonnie Gallo

Associate Broker

A former account executive in advertising and marketing, Bonnie began her real estate career investing in property shortly after moving to TN in 1996. Her previous business experience includes trading commodities at the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Restaurant and Country Club Management, Marketing for a Pro-Audio Dealership. Her medical experience included a short term in Florida consulting for multiple MRI facilities and opening a new modality for the Corporation. Ms. Gallo is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR), Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), National Association of Professional Women and Women in Commercial Real Estate (WCRE). She has participated in organizations that have benefited Abused Children, Multiple Sclerosis, and the Mayor’s Business Response Team/Flood Relief program in Nashville and The Nashville Chamber’s P2010 Investors Partnership. Nancy, a Land Specialist, has 38 years of administrative, management, and sales experience in the banking industry and commercial real estate in Nashville and Hendersonville. She served as a branch manager and commercial loan officer of the Belle Meade and Hendersonville branches at SunTrust. Johns-Wood is a graduate of University of Oklahoma, The National Commercial Lending School, Graduate Session; University of Tennessee at Nashville, and Nashville State Technical School. She is a member of Women in Commercial Real Estate, Nashville and past board member of CABLE of Nashville.

Gary Armstrong

Gary has an extensive resume in real estate, development and construction. He managed large, complex projects from feasibility analysis and site acquisition through planning, engineering, entitlements, construction and marketing. Mr. Armstrong's leadership as President and CEO of Bonita Bay Properties and affiliated companies in southwest Florida for ten years included the creation of the award winning 2400 acre Bonita Bay Community with residential, commercial and recreational components. Gary also worked as a Land Acquisition Specialist (2001-2007) in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey providing land for builders based in the Philadelphia area, maintaining over $100 million in active contracts and negotiations.

Gary has served on the boards of organizations focused on education, conservation and economic development and as Rotary and Chamber of Commerce President.

Shaun Kilpatrick

Shaun began his career in commercial real estate in 1994 after graduating from the University of Georgia. He specializes in land brokerage, development (residential and commercial), project management, affordable housing, and leasing. Shaun is also an active trader of stocks and later futures, options, and currencies.
